Arizona Bioptic Laws 

Bioptics are Permitted for Driving and Licensure.

• Visual Acuity: 20/60 or better with the bioptic scope. No specified carrier lens acuity is given. 
• Visual Field: Field of vision must be 60 degrees, plus 35 degrees on the opposite side of the nose in at least one eye.
• Bioptic cannot be more than 4X in power.
• Annual eye exams are required for bioptic drivers.
